Origin Pulse is a research and prioritisation tool for business teams. It is not permission to contact people unlawfully or to make decisions about individuals.
Allowed use
You may use workspace signals to research businesses, prioritise legitimate business development, prepare relevant services, and connect internal workflows through the API. You must apply your own human review and comply with the laws and industry rules that apply to your outreach and decisions.
Prohibited use
- Do not use the service to target or make eligibility, employment, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, or similar decisions about identifiable individuals.
- Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or materially irrelevant communications based on a signal.
- Do not use signals as a substitute for consent, a lawful contact route, due diligence, or professional advice.
- Do not scrape the service, probe another workspace, share API keys, bypass rate limits, or reverse engineer protected endpoints.
- Do not upload special-category personal data, payment-card data, secrets, or unlawful content into workspace fields or support messages.
- Do not resell, publish, or redistribute the feed as a competing database without written permission.
Outreach responsibility
You are responsible for suppression lists, opt-outs, lawful basis, sender identity, frequency, sector rules, and keeping outreach relevant. Origin Pulse does not provide a list of personal contact details and does not approve a campaign merely because a company appears in a signal.
Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend, revoke keys, withdraw records, or close a workspace where we reasonably believe this policy, the terms, or applicable law has been breached. We may preserve relevant audit and security evidence. Report suspected abuse or an exposed key to hello@originpulse.co.uk.
