Terms of service.

These terms explain how Origin Pulse works when you create a workspace, use a signal stream, or connect the API.

Service operator. Origin Pulse is operated by a sole trader. The contracting name and service or registered address are shown on your order confirmation or invoice. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@originpulse.co.uk.

1. The service

Origin Pulse provides focused company-intelligence streams based on public and licensed business records. A signal is a research lead, not a guarantee that a company is a customer, prospect, buyer, or suitable target. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on a signal.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and API keys confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Workspaces are tenant-scoped. You may only access records delivered to your workspace and may not attempt to bypass plan, rate, or access controls.

3. Signals and source records

We identify the source and observed date where practical, add context and a fit explanation, and may review or withdraw records when a source changes or a false positive is reported. Coverage depends on source availability, licensing, retention, processing time, and the region and segment in your stream. The history window shown for your plan is subject to retained source records being available.

4. Plans, trials, and payment

Plan prices and included limits are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments and hosts the checkout experience. A Starter trial, where offered, is available once per workspace, requires a payment method, and converts to the stated monthly Starter price unless cancelled before the trial ends. Entitlements are provisioned from confirmed billing events, not from a browser message.

5. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable-use policy. You must not use signals to make decisions about people, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or expose another customer’s data.

6. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the service, interface, explanations, and operating materials. Subject to payment and these terms, your workspace may use and export records delivered to it for your internal business purposes. You may not resell the service or represent a signal as an official endorsement by a source.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to operate a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete source coverage, or a particular commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, or decisions made from a signal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Suspension and changes

We may suspend access for overdue payment, security risk, unlawful use, or a material breach. We may update the service and these terms; we will give reasonable notice of material changes where required. If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

9. Contact

For questions, complaints, source corrections, or account requests, contact hello@originpulse.co.uk and include the workspace email and relevant signal or invoice reference.
